Precision inspection. Certified data.
Built for critical infrastructure.
Certified infrared inspection of electrical, mechanical and building envelope assets for hospitals, plants, property portfolios and energy infrastructure across the Colorado Front Range. By hand inside the facility, from the air above it.
The deliverable is a thermographic report — every exception located, compared, classified and ranked for repair. Not a folder of photographs. Put it on a schedule and it becomes a program.
FAA Part 107Certified Infrared Thermographer
- OSHA 10

Three disciplines, one way of reporting
Everything that fails by getting hotter or colder than it should. Each page covers its lines in depth; each line is sold one-off or on a program.
Electrical
Find the loose connection, the overloaded phase and the failing component while the equipment is under normal load — in the electrical room by hand, and over arrays, substation yards and lines from the air.
- Switchgear, panels & distribution
- Solar PV arrays
- Substations
- Overhead power lines
Mechanical
Friction, misalignment, lubrication problems, blocked flow and leaks all show up as heat before they show up as downtime. Compared like-for-like under load and ranked for the maintenance plan.
- Motors, bearings, couplings & belts
- Steam traps, valves, boilers & exchangers
- HVAC & refrigeration
- Underground pipes & steam lines
- Tank & silo levels
Building envelope
Wet roof insulation, missing wall insulation, air leaks and moisture behind cladding — located inside and out, outlined, and drawn on a plan so repairs are scoped to an area instead of a guess.
- Flat & low-slope roofs
- Walls, facades & EIFS
- Air leakage & insulation
- Residential roof & solar documentation
How it works
Four steps, with the timings we actually hold ourselves to. If a weather window or a load schedule pushes the inspection, you hear it from us before you have to ask.

Inspection
By hand in the facility or from the air, scheduled around load, weather and irradiance. Most single sites are captured in a two-to-four hour window.

Analysis
Every exception is compared with its reference, classified by pattern, located and ranked by consequence, with its thermal and daylight images.

Certified report
A thermographic report your maintenance team, engineer or insurer can act on directly, with findings as structured data for your CMMS.

Thermal Inspection Program
Put it on a schedule
A single survey tells you what is wrong today. A program is the same inventory, inspected the same way on a fixed cadence, with findings tracked to work orders and each cycle compared with the last. It is also the simplest way to buy this: one agreement, one point of contact, inspections on the calendar before you need them.
Any of the three disciplines, or all of them, on one agreement. Start with the systems whose failure hurts most and expand once it proves itself.
- One or two inspections a year on a fixed inventory, under the same conditions each time
- Every repair re-inspected before it is closed, documented with a new image
- Year-over-year comparison from the second cycle, so trends are visible
- Member rate on anything additional, and priority scheduling after storms and before shutdowns
Certified, certificated, insured

Also offered
Residential roof & solar documentation
Aerial thermal condition documentation for hail claims, real-estate transactions and warranty disputes, produced for the roofer, adjuster or agent working the matter.
Read moreAerial thermal search & livestock location
Thermal location of cattle and horses for ranchers, statewide, and lost-pet search. A find is never guaranteed and results depend on terrain, weather and time since the last sighting. Livestock and pets only — no wildlife or game recovery.
Marketing footage licensing and construction progress documentation can be added to any aerial engagement, captured on the same mobilisation rather than as a second visit.
Common questions
Is the inspection aerial or handheld?
Both, depending on the asset. Electrical rooms, mechanical plant and building interiors are inspected on foot with a handheld imager. Roofs, facades, rooftop HVAC, solar arrays, substations, overhead lines and buried steam routes are captured from the air under Part 107. The method follows the asset; the report is the same.
